Shipping policy

Processing. We make and pack in small runs, so orders leave us within 1-3 business days. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as yours ships.

Delivery estimates. Standard shipping is $8.00 and arrives in 7-14 business days. Standard is free on orders of $75.00 or more. Priority shipping is $15.00 and arrives in 5-9 business days. These windows start from the day your order ships, not the day you place it. They are estimates, not guarantees - carrier delays, weather and holiday volume can stretch them.

Why it takes longer than a big-box store. Our pieces are not sitting in a warehouse in Ohio. Each one is made and dispatched by the workshop that produces it, which is how we keep small-batch prices sane. The trade-off is that it takes a couple of weeks instead of two days. If you need something by a specific date, message us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it can make it.

Shipping destinations. We currently ship within the United States only.

Split shipments. Fragile things - ceramics, glass, lighting - are packed separately and often travel in more than one parcel. You are only charged shipping once per order, and you will get a tracking number for each parcel.

Incorrect addresses. Please check your address at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once it has shipped, and we cannot refund an order lost because the address given was wrong.

Lost or stolen parcels. If tracking says delivered and you do not have it, tell us within 7 days and we will open a claim with the carrier and sort it out with you.

Damaged items. Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the item or refund you in full. You do not need to send a damaged item back.
