Shipping policy

Processing. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates. Standard shipping is $8.00 and arrives in 3-5 business days. Standard shipping is free on orders of $75.00 or more. Express shipping is $15.00 and arrives in 1-2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather and holiday volume can extend them.

Shipping destinations. We currently ship within the United States only.

Split shipments. Fragile items such as ceramics, glass and lighting are packed separately and may arrive in more than one parcel. You are only charged shipping once per order.

Incorrect addresses. Please check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a package once it has shipped, and we cannot refund orders that are lost because an incorrect address was supplied at checkout.

Lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows an order as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days and we will open a claim with the carrier.

Damaged items. If an item arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full. You do not need to return a damaged item.
