How long will my order take?
Standard shipping arrives 7–14 business days after your order ships, and orders ship within 1–3 business days of being placed. Priority is 5–9 business days after shipping. So figure roughly two to three weeks door to door on Standard, and one to two on Priority.
Why isn't it faster?
Because nothing here sits in a warehouse. Each piece is made and sent by the workshop that produces it, which is what keeps a hand-woven bamboo pendant at $68 instead of $300. We'd rather tell you two weeks and deliver in ten days than promise two days and miss.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — United States only for now. Write to us if you're abroad and we'll let you know when that changes.
Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free on orders over $75. Below that it's $8.00. Priority is $15.00.
Can I return something?
Yes — 30 days from delivery, unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is a flat $8.00 off your refund, and there's no restocking fee. Full details on the Shipping & Returns page.
My order arrived broken.
Send a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full. Don't ship it back — we'll handle it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You have 24 hours from placing it, as long as it hasn't shipped. Email us as fast as you can.
Are your pieces handmade?
Many are, and where a piece is handmade we say so on the product page. Handmade means small variations in glaze, colour and dimension — that's the point, not a defect.
Do colours look the same in person?
Close, but screens vary. Natural materials also shift batch to batch. If the colour is meaningfully off from what you expected, the return window covers it.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not yet. Everything ships in plain recyclable packaging with no pricing on the invoice, so it's safe to send directly.
How do I care for ceramics and wood?
Hand wash ceramics and skip the dishwasher on anything glazed by hand. Wipe wood with a damp cloth and oil it once or twice a year. Keep both out of direct sustained sun.
