How long will my order take?
Standard shipping arrives in 3–5 business days, plus 1–2 days of processing. Express is 1–2 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we ship within the United States only for now. If you're abroad and want something, write to us and we'll let you know when that changes.
Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free on orders over $75. Below that it's $8.00. Express is $15.00.
Can I return something?
Yes — 30 days from delivery, unused and in original packaging. Full details on the Shipping & Returns page.
My order arrived broken.
Send a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full. Don't ship it back — we'll handle it.
Are your pieces handmade?
Many are, and where a piece is handmade we say so on the product page. Handmade means small variations in glaze, colour and dimension — that's the point, not a defect.
Do colours look the same in person?
Close, but screens vary. Natural materials also shift batch to batch. If the colour is meaningfully off from what you expected, the return window covers it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If it hasn't shipped, yes. Email us as fast as you can and we'll catch it if we can.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not yet. Everything ships in plain recyclable packaging with no pricing on the invoice, so it's safe to send directly.
How do I care for ceramics and wood?
Hand wash ceramics, skip the dishwasher on anything glazed by hand. Wipe wood with a damp cloth and oil it once or twice a year. Keep both out of direct sustained sun.
