Refund policy

Returns

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to ask for a return. Items need to be unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition you received them.

To start a return, email kevinromany12345@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send anything back before you have those instructions, as we cannot process a return we are not expecting.

Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered. In those cases we cover it.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and we have checked it, we refund the full price of the item to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is our fault. How quickly the money shows up after that is up to your bank.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or refund you in full, and you do not need to send the original back.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, as long as it has not already shipped. After that, please wait for it to arrive and start a return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to swap something is to return the item you have for a refund and place a new order for the one you want.
