What to include
It gets you a faster answer:
- About an order — your order number and the email you ordered with.
- Something arrived damaged — a photo, within 7 days of delivery. We replace it or refund you in full and you do not need to ship anything back.
- Starting a return — your order number and which piece. You have 30 days from delivery. Please do not post anything back before we have sent you the address.
- Before you buy — tell us the room or the surface you have in mind. We will tell you honestly whether a piece fits, including whether it can arrive by a particular date.
The short answers
- Orders leave us in 1–3 business days. Standard delivery is 7–14 business days after that, Priority is 5–9.
- Standard shipping is $8.00, free over $75. Priority is $15.00.
- 30 days to return, no restocking fee. Return shipping is a flat $8.00 unless the fault is ours.
- You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering if it has not shipped.
