Shipping
We work in small runs, so orders leave us within 1–3 business days. As soon as yours ships you'll get a tracking number by email.
- Standard: 7–14 business days — $8.00, free on orders over $75
- Priority: 5–9 business days — $15.00
Those windows start the day your order ships, not the day you place it. They're estimates, not guarantees.
Why it takes longer than a big-box store
Our pieces aren't sitting in a warehouse in Ohio waiting to be picked. Each one is made and dispatched by the workshop that produces it, which is how a hand-woven bamboo pendant costs $68 instead of $300. The trade-off is a couple of weeks instead of two days.
If you need something by a specific date, message us before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether it can make it.
We currently ship within the United States only. If you're outside the US and want something, write to us — we're working on it.
Fragile pieces — ceramics, glass, lighting — are packed individually and often travel in more than one parcel. You're never charged shipping twice, and you'll get tracking for each parcel.
Returns
If a piece isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a refund.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Email us first — we'll send return instructions and the address. Please don't post anything back before you have them
- Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return reaching us
- Return shipping is a flat $8.00, deducted from your refund — unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong, in which case we cover it
- No restocking fee, ever
Damaged or wrong items
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full — don't ship it back. This happens occasionally with ceramics and we'd rather fix it fast than argue about it.
Cancellations
You can cancel any order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. After that, wait for it to land and start a return.
