Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships you'll get a tracking number by email.
- Standard: 3–5 business days — $8.00, free on orders over $75
- Express: 1–2 business days — $15.00
We currently ship within the United States only. If you're outside the US and want something, write to us — we're working on it.
Fragile pieces — ceramics, glass, lighting — are packed individually and may ship separately from the rest of your order. You are never charged shipping twice.
Returns
If a piece isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Email us first and we'll send return instructions
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return arriving
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Damaged or wrong items
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full — no return shipping required. This happens occasionally with ceramics and we'd rather fix it fast than argue about it.
Non-returnable
Gift cards, final-sale items, and custom or made-to-order pieces.
